Then we use the table saw to create the slots that hold the challenge coins. These slots are angled on a slant to ensure the coins can be seen and also don’t roll off the flag. This effect really makes the flag stand out. Then we burn each stripe and and stain the red\/black stripes. The white stripes are left the natural pine color and the grain is burnt to give it that natural rustic look.  Then we engrave the stars using our laser engraving machine. Once put together each flag is finished with a semi-gloss finish and comes with 2 hooks attached for quick and easy placement on any wall. We are not professional photographers!! All of my photos are of laser engraved stars or full color printed stars, as you can't get more precise then a laser or printer.
